Since Sij was created in 2011, Vladislav Sikach and his companion Alena Perepadya seem to have no end to their ever flowing creativity. Their both kinds of expression seem to grasp many, and doubtless there's a vein of artistry that needs an outcome to a wider audience.
With a lot of qualitative releases coming every year, Reverse Alignment is pleased to take this Sevastopol based act under its wings, starting with a very limited and special edition of Sij's "Vale of Forgotten Sounds".
Originally this album contained nine tracks but was also self-released in an amazingly small number of twelve copies including four more tracks. Now we release all thirteen tracks again.

My original plan was to go through and buy individual tracks like I do with most compilation albums, but honestly there are just so many good ones that I wound up buying the whole thing. More than simple drones (though there are plenty of those, too), this album collects many of the best and most innovative dark ambient artists in one place, including many who are new to me.
